You're absolutely right. Honestly, gang - what's Belisle's ceiling...3rd starter? If he was gonna be something special, he'd have done it by now, right?
Third starter is being generous. Fifth may be the ceiling. Some days he has good stuff but lacks the CONSISTENCY to be relied on in the rotation.
At best, I see Belisle as a long reliever. He's had plenty of opportunities to show he belongs in the starting rotation. (Look at last year and this years stats). Give one of the AAA kids a shot.
They need to send him down and call up either Homer Bailey, or Jon Adkins, and they nedd to send down or trade Josh Fogg
