"Louisville pitcher Homer Bailey again struggled with his control in Game 1. Bailey (4-4) walked a career-high six batters and suffered his third loss in four decisions. Of the 99 pitches he threw in five innings, just 50 were strikes.
Bailey walked Jason Lane with two out in the first inning, and Yankees cleanup hitter Juan Miranda jumped on his next pitch, sending it an estimated 394 feet over the right-field wall for a 2-0 lead and his fourth home run this season.
After allowing just one home run in his first four starts, Bailey has given up five in his past five.
"He just had another rough outing -- it's that simple," Bats manager Rick Sweet said. "He's pitched so well that I wouldn't say, 'What's wrong?' He's just had a couple of tough outings. Quite honestly, I expect the next one he'll come back out and pitch like his first four or five (starts).""

Everything I've been reading lately about Bailey is that he has a bad attitude. If that is the case, what will he be like after he's been up for a couple of years. The Reds don't need that. Bring up someone that will add to the clubhouse chemistry, not take away from it. It may be time to send Bailey packing.
